What if my drink hasn't frozen?

Try turning down the temperature of your freezer or use a little filler (the non-alcoholic component) and return the mix to the freezer!

What if my drink is too firm?

Try running warm water over the bag while kneading it or let the mix sit out for a bit. Knead to desired consistency!

Do I need equipment to make my slush?

No!  That's the cool thing...no equipment or ice needed to enjoy our Craft Cocktail mixes!

What is the return policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns since this is a consumable product.
